Syndromic and Non syndromic Craniosynostosis.

Craniosynostosis can be associated with many syndromes leading to typical presentations. Crouzon and Apert syndrome are the common entities. Other rare syndromes are infrequently encountered .Surgical management not only needs skull remodeling but also the management of mid facial deformities. Associated deformations of limbs, hands and sometimes feet is also carried out. This multi modality treatment plan and execution is spread over years to achieve acceptable out comes.
